We are currently looking for an Account Director to join our amazing team at Stellar to take the lead on delivering new tactical opportunities and build on the success of our existing retail activities, across Germany and Austria

About the role
In this role you will have the opportunity to grow revenue, by motivating and managing a team based in Germany and Austria to create fantastic customer service. This is a senior management position, with the scope to develop new initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and work closely with clients to develop business

What we are looking for:
- German speaker with professional fluency in English
- Experience gained in Field Marketing Agency delivering tactical work
- Proven track record in growing retail sales and achieving excellent customer service
- Experience of recruiting and managing teams
- A strategic thinker, able to convert ideas into action
- Service and consumer orientated
- Organised and able to manage workload
- Resourceful and problem-solving approach with collaborative mindset
- A natural forward-planner, able to critically assess both their own performance, and that of the wider retail operation
- A credible professional able to influence senior stakeholders and clients
- Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft products
What we offer:
- €60,000 to €70,000 per annum
- Discretionary bonus, up to 10% of salary (based on targets being achieved)
- Monday to Friday ( 9am- 5.30pm), hybrid working
- Full time permanent role
- 30 days of holidays
- You will be required to work from home and travel to locations in Germany, Austria, and once every 2 months you will need to work from Head Office, London
- At the end of each month, Friday afternoon or Monday morning paid time off
- To work with a friendly and ambitious team
