Our team is growing and we are currently looking for a passionate Retail Training Specialist, able to work with a diverse workforce across our multiple Premium Retail locations (KX Flagship, Harrods, Selfridges and Samsung HQ).
Previous experience in the technology sector is ideal, though this is not essential.

Overall purpose of the role:

    • As a Premium Retail Trainer you will support the business in the delivery of the training
    • strategy for the teams in our Premium Retail locations, focusing on product knowledge,
    • personal development and influencing the team to #dowhatyoucant.
    • You will also support in delivering Live Broadcasts, Masterclasses, Workshops,
    • presentations and demos to our customers and visitors to engage and empower anyone who
    • walks through our door.
    • Training does not stop there, you will also be responsible for supporting our Connected
    • Home at Samsung HQ, through Tours, Workshops and taking ownership of key aspects of
    • the training remit under the guidance of the Training Manager.

What you will be doing:

    • Assisting the Training team strategy
    • Supporting Connected Home at Samsung HQ
    • Deliver physical training sessions, events and workshops
    • Team Development (including the wider team)
    • Deliver Live Broadcast and Workshops

    • A highly confident presenter, who “comes to life” when delivering training, Live broadcast, and workshops both to large groups, and on a one-to-one basis
    • Some experience or exposure to being a passionate Retail Trainer, able to work across a diverse and varied workforce - ideally with previous experience in the technology sector, though this is not essential
    • Ability to travel abroad to represent the brand with in Tech conferences/exhibitions

Role requirements:

    • This is a hybrid role, based in London but with work split across our retail locations
    • This role requires travel across our Premium Retail and Samsung UK sites -including but not limited to, Samsung KX, Harrods, Selfridges and Samsung HQ
    • Working locations will be scheduled by the Training Manager based on business need and on a rota based system
    • The cost of train travel will be covered between multiple sites agreed by Stellar account management
