Team Leader
Stellar Global is hiring confident and experienced Team Leader to support the launch of an exciting new flagship store on Oxford Street. At the moment, this is a fixed term contract role from June- December 2026.
Overall purpose of the role:
As a Team Leader, you will be reporting directly to the Store Manager. Your focus will be to support your manager to keep the staff highly engaged, motivated and customer obsessed. You will also be turning the brand’s innovative vision into a reality every single day - ensuring an impeccable standard of customer service across all areas of the store and maximising sign-ups.
You will not only support your managers in a variety of different tasks to support the business needs but also will have a team of Brand Ambassadors to supervise. You will need to enjoy solving problems and be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.
You will look to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate humility, maturity, support and a consistency to everything you do.

Some previous experience in a Supervisory role within a similar industry, would be an advantage

What do we offer:
- £37 440 annual salary
- 40 hours per week, Mon- Sun

Fully Flex but must work a min of 2 weekends a month depending on the businesses needs. This requires working all if not most events.
- Fixed term contract June- December
- Up to 10% bonus
- 3 months probation period of time
- Medicash ( after probation)
