YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM
- Provide user support and system administration across our tech stack, including tools like Google, Slack, Confluence, Jira, AWS, and Microsoft.
- Manage workplace setups and handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support identity provider management, particularly cloud-based platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across various operating systems (macOS, Windows), software, and hardware.
- Offer technical guidance on applications and security practices, and create documentation and manuals for users.
- Manage mobile devices through relevant MDM tools such as Jamf and Kandji.
- Handle procurement and asset management tasks.
- Provide technical support for onsite users and on-premises IT infrastructure.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of information technology or have a comparable qualification and have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
- Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience preferred.
- Understanding of best practices in IT security.
- Experience with Microsoft and Google cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals to aid in successful troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
- Resilient in learning from mistakes and adapting quickly to new situations.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors.
- Openness to learning new technologies and eagerness to help others.
- Capacity to draft manuals and guide users in IT environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
