Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)
At Sport Alliance, we help fitness and wellness businesses grow through innovative digital solutions.
We're looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll contribute directly to our commercial growth across the DACH market.

Your Position in Our Team

Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities across our existing customer base and qualified prospects

Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels

Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings for Account Managers or close sales directly

Create personalized customer outreach

Maintain accurate records and activities in Salesforce

Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive pipeline growth

Leverage modern sales and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency
Your Profile

1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and winning sales

Comfortable working towards targets and performance metrics

Well-organized with strong CRM discipline

Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred

Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus
Your salary
- PLN 12,500–14,500 gross/month OTE (including a base salary of PLN 7,500–8,700 gross/month + performance-based bonus)
- The final offer depends on experience, skills, and overall fit.
