Your position in our team
- Record, apply and reconcile customer payments (USD,EUR, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
- Perform month-end closing activities, including AR sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations, bad debt analysis, and preparation of journal entries.
- Act as the primary owner for the operational health of the Zuora-to-NetSuite data synchronization.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve any sync errors, data discrepancies, or mapping issues that arise in the integration middleware (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, or custom connectors).
- Collaborate with the Finance Systems and IT teams to identify the root cause of systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Assist in testing and validating system changes, enhancements, or bug fixes that impact the quote-to-cash workflow.
- Maintain documentation for AR and system interface processes, ensuring business continuity.
- Ensure VAT handling and reporting in Zuora and NetSuite.
Your profile
- Accountant with solid IT background
- Experienced in Excel, but also not shy to work on CSV files / data preparation
- Very good knowledge of English
- German (nice to have)
- Prior NetSuite experience a strong plus
- Able to work in a changing environment
