Become a key part of our internal reporting team. In this role, you will ensure that our data flows smoothly and provides meaningful insights for the entire organization. Your position in our team
- Building Data Bridges: You design and maintain reliable integrations between various source systems and our data warehouse.
- Shaping the Data Landscape: You use Amazon Redshift and dbt to transform raw data into structured, high-quality information.
- Empowering the Business: You develop and optimize business-critical dashboards in Tableau that help our internal teams reach their goals.
- Commitment to Quality: You take ownership of data reliability and performance, ensuring our analytics environment remains a trusted resource.
- Sharing Best Practices: You work with modern tools like GitHub and dbt, contributing to a well-documented and structured data culture.
Your profile
- Professional Experience: You have a solid background (3+ years) in Data or Analytics Engineering, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Passion: You are experienced in Amazon Redshift and dbt for data modeling and transformations.
- Analytical Skills: You have a good eye for data visualization in Tableau and advanced SQL skills.
- Communication: You enjoy working in a team and can communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1) and good Polish (B1/B2) skills (both written and spoken)
- Mindset: You love technical problem-solving and prefer a role where you can focus on building great structures and seeing the direct impact of your work.
Your salary
- We offer a salary range of PLN 17,000 – PLN 19,000 gross per month.
- Final compensation will be based on contract type, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
