Your Position in Our Team
- Lead a team of experienced and motivated backend and frontend software engineers.
- Play an active role in shaping our backend technology stack across the organization.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Be a hands-on leader who actively contributes to coding efforts, participates in code reviews, provides technical guidance, and ensures adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with your team members to understand their strengths, areas for improvement, and career aspirations.
- Develop personalized growth and development plans.
- Align individual development goals with the strategic objectives of software projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence to achieve company objectives.
- Direct and oversee the strategic direction of software projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, preferably within SaaS platforms or startup environments.
- Hands-on experience with the Java technology stack (Spring, Hibernate, AWS).
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering teams.
- Approachable and empathetic leadership style, with strong integrity and accountability.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing R&D projects and delivering successful implementations.
- Passionate about new programming trends and enjoys working in diverse teams.
- Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
