YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM
- Issue invoices and post revenues
- Contact other departments to obtain missing information
- Keep up to date contract information in ERP and Salesforce system
- Calculate sales commissions
- Maintain Master Data
YOUR PROFILE
- Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or similar and/ or finance background (at least 4 years of experience in accounting);
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable positions
- Working knowledge of ERP, preferable eNova
- Good knowledge of Excel
- English skills: minimum B2
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, well-organized, structured approach to work
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
- Client service oriented with the ability to build strong positive team relationships
