You are at the beginning of your technical career and want to work in a role where you truly understand how systems, processes, and applications connect behind the scenes?

As a Digital Process Specialist, you’ll support both business processes and technical implementations while growing your skills across backend, frontend, and server technologies.

This role is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze and model business and technical workflows using Microsoft Visio and UML.
Configure and maintain Microsoft IIS (8.0+) environments, including FastCGI, SSL, and Handler Mappings.
Work with Microsoft SQL Server and optimize T-SQL queries.
Support backend integrations and application logic using PHP.
Troubleshoot and adjust frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth end-to-end application functionality.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
At least 1 year of experience with web technologies, databases, or server environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of business and technical processes.
Very good English skills, written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Microsoft IIS.
Knowledge of PHP and client-server architectures.
Familiarity with T-SQL, UML, or process modeling tools.
Basic frontend development experience.
Curiosity to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment.
