Digital Process Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Digital Process Specialist, you’ll support both business processes and technical implementations while growing your skills across backend, frontend, and server technologies.
This role is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and model business and technical workflows using Microsoft Visio and UML.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft IIS (8.0+) environments, including FastCGI, SSL, and Handler Mappings.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server and optimize T-SQL queries.
- Support backend integrations and application logic using PHP.
- Troubleshoot and adjust frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth end-to-end application functionality.
What You Bring
Must-Have Skills:
- Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience with web technologies, databases, or server environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business and technical processes.
- Very good English skills, written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft IIS.
- Knowledge of PHP and client-server architectures.
- Familiarity with T-SQL, UML, or process modeling tools.
- Basic frontend development experience.
- Curiosity to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment.
