This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you also have the option to work from our office in a hybrid setup.

What you will do

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
Deliver network and infrastructure projects end-to-end, from solution design through implementation, testing, and handover.
Configure, migrate, and troubleshoot network devices, including Cisco infrastructure components.
Analyze complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Act as a technical consultant and point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
Support network lifecycle activities, upgrades, and continuous infrastructure improvements.

When you fit in with us

Mandatory requirements:

5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
Experience with Cisco networking technologies and complex network troubleshooting.
Proven experience delivering infrastructure or network projects end-to-end.
Strong customer-facing, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
Fluency in English and German.

Nice to have:

Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
WLAN experience
Network automation experience
