Join Skaylink, part of Vodafone, and deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects for enterprise customers . You'll work hands-on with SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient migrations to the cloud.

This role is remote within Romania. If you're based in Cluj-Napoca, you can also work in a hybrid setup from our office.

What you will do

Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects with a focus on SharePoint and Exchange.
Migrate on-premises and tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 environments using industry-leading migration tools.
Perform migration assessments, testing, cutovers, and post-migration validation to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve technical challenges throughout the migration lifecycle.
Automate migration and administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality migration projects for enterprise customers.

When you fit in with us

Mandatory requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises).
Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 migration projects.
Experience using migration tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
PowerShell scripting skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong English skills.

Nice to have:

B2/C1 German skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900 or AZ-104).
