This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you can also choose a hybrid setup and work from our office.

What you will do

Design and implement enterprise monitoring solutions using PRTG Network Monitor.
Deliver monitoring projects end-to-end, from requirements and architecture through implementation and handover.
Configure sensors, dashboards, alerts, thresholds, and reporting to ensure effective system visibility.
Analyze complex monitoring and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Automate monitoring processes using PowerShell and APIs.
Act as a technical consultant for customers and collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve monitoring standards and observability.

When you fit in with us

Mandatory requirements:

5 years of hands-on experience in monitoring, infrastructure, or a similar role.
Strong PRTG and enterprise monitoring experience, including architecture, alerting, dashboards, and reporting.
Proven experience delivering monitoring projects end-to-end.
Proficiency in PowerShell, automation, and APIs.
Good knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, and networking, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer consulting skills.
Fluency in English and German.

Nice to have:

Experience with other monitoring platforms (Zabbix, SCOM, Checkmk, Grafana, Prometheus)
Linux
Infrastructure automation
ITIL
PRTG certification
