Join Skaylink, part of Vodafone, where cloud expertise meets global scale. You'll help enterprise customers across the DACH region adopt Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI, creating intelligent solutions that improve productivity and drive business value.

This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you also have the option to work from our office in a hybrid setup.

Your responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI.
Analyze business requirements and identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
Deliver end-to-end solutions from design to implementation.
Collaborate with customers and project teams across the DACH region.
Ensure security, governance, and compliance in delivered solutions.

What you bring

Must-have skills:

3+ years of experience delivering Microsoft solutions in customer environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Azure AI services.
Experience working directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions.
German (C1) and English communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, or custom AI solutions.
Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
