Are you passionate about building smart solutions that combine automation, low-code development, and AI? As a Power Platform & AI Consultant, you help enterprise customers across the DACH region transform their business processes using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.

In this role, you will design and deliver end-to-end digital solutions — from analyzing business requirements to implementing scalable applications — that improve efficiency, automate workflows, and bring real business value.

This role is based in Romania with the possibility of working in a hybrid or remote setup.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Design and develop low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Build and implement automation scenarios that increase efficiency and business impact.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and data protection in all delivered solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and international project teams in the DACH region.

What you bring

Must-have skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform from design to production.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven).
  • Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows, ideally Desktop Flows / RPA).
  • Experience delivering customer-facing Microsoft projects.
  • Strong understanding of low-code principles and the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • German (C1 level) and English communication skills, both required for customer communication.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with Copilot Studio or AI agents / custom GPT-based solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven automation scenarios.
  • Knowledge of Azure AI services.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and modern workplace innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration mindset.
