Account Executive

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our growing sales organization and help drive revenue growth by bringing Siteimprove's solutions to new customers. In this quota-carrying role, you will be responsible for driving new business, building executive-level relationships, and helping organizations solve complex digital experience challenges through Siteimprove's industry-leading platform.
You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, accessibility, communications, content, and IT teams to uncover business needs, align solutions to strategic priorities, and demonstrate the value of Siteimprove's platform and AI-powered capabilities.
This is a strategic sales role where you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution alignment, negotiation, and close. Success requires a consultative approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to connect Siteimprove's solutions to measurable customer outcomes across accessibility, content performance, SEO/AIO, governance, and digital experience optimization.
By helping organizations improve the quality, accessibility, and discoverability of their digital content, you'll play a key role in advancing Siteimprove's mission while contributing to the company's continued global growth.

What you will be doing
- Own the full sales cycle for named enterprise accounts, driving both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within your territory
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across Marketing, Digital, Communications, IT, Accessibility, and Procurement
- Execute a multi-threaded sales approach to navigate complex enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles
- Identify customer challenges and align Siteimprove’s accessibility, analytics, SEO, and content intelligence solutions to business outcomes
- Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Value Consulting, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, high-impact customer engagements
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring disciplined opportunity progression
- Stay informed on EU digital accessibility regulations, AI governance trends, and enterprise compliance requirements
- Represent Siteimprove at industry events, conferences, and regional customer forums across EMEA
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across the sales organization
FedRAMP Classification Notice
This position is currently designated as Out of Scope for FedRAMP-authorized systems and environments. Individuals in this role are not expected to require access to systems or data within the FedRAMP authorization boundary as part of their regular job responsibilities.
If business needs change and the role is expanded to include access to FedRAMP-authorized systems or data, any required verification, authorization, confidentiality, or access-control requirements must be successfully completed before such access is granted.
What we will require of you
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record in new business and/or account growth
- Experience selling Martech, digital experience, or related enterprise software (e.g., Adobe, Oracle, Demandbase, Amplitude, Braze, 6sense)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders (CMO, CDO, CIO, and equivalent roles)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build, forecast, and close large, strategic deals
- Collaborative mindset with a strong bias for action, learning, and cross-functional partnership
- High resilience, adaptability, and performance orientation in a fast-paced environment

Passion for digital accessibility, inclusion, ESG initiatives, or helping organizations create better digital experiences for all users.Background in value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks.

Experience within MarTech, SEO, digital experience, web governance, accessibility, AI optimization (AIO), analytics, or adjacent SaaS markets, with an understanding of how organizations improve online visibility, performance, and user experience.

Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes and articulate the value of accessibility, SEO, AIO, and digital experience initiatives to both business and technical stakeholders.

The base salary for this role will fall within the posted range and is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
**Additional Compensation: Quarterly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
