We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Product Business Analyst (PBA) to drive the development and execution of product portfolio optimization and to support our product teams in making data-informed decisions. This role requires a strong business acumen, a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable product specifications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market needs, and analyzing product performance to inform strategic decision-making.
What you will be doing
- Product roadmap development: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and growth.
- Data analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights into product usage, customer behavior, and market trends. Support product teams in developing product requirements and roadmaps based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Business requirements gathering: Support product teams in developing product requirements and roadmaps based on data-driven insights. Defining and documenting business requirements for new products or features.
- Financial analysis: Conducting cost-benefit analyses and evaluating product profitability.
- Process and performance improvement: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product management, finance, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What we will require of you
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management or business analysis roles.
- Proven track record in delivering successful products to market.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- An advanced degree (MBA, MS in Analytics) is preferred but not always required.

$83,800 - $108,900 a year
The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,800 to $108,900, based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $95,600.
