Value Engineer plays a critical role in helping prospects understand, and customers realize, the full financial value and benefits of Siteimprove’s products. This position involves in-depth financial analysis of prospective and current customers’ digital businesses, engagement with prospective and current customers to deliver business cases, and strategic financial consulting to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing
- Value Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective and current customers' digital processes, goals, and related financial pain points to identify opportunities for value delivery through our solutions.
- ROI Analysis: Develop financial models and ROI calculations to illustrate the economic benefits of the company's solutions to customers.
- Value Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services to customers through presentations, workshops, and customized content.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute value-based selling strategies that focus on delivering unique value to customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, customer success, and customer support, to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience.
- Customer Success: Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of customers by providing strategic guidance and support.
- Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in value consulting to provide thought leadership within the organization.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What we will require of you
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, engineering), or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in value consulting, value engineering, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth and delivering value to customers.
- Travel as needed

$110,400 - $165,600 a year
The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,400 to $165,600, based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $138,000.
