As an Implementation Specialist, you will guide customers through the onboarding, configuration, and adoption of Siteimprove solutions. You’ll deliver high-quality implementations that enable customers to achieve value quickly while laying the foundation for long-term success. This mid-level, individual contributor role is ideal for someone who can independently manage implementations, partner effectively with customers, and contribute to continuous improvement in how we deliver our services.
What you will be doing
- Own and manage multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Translate customer goals into effective platform configurations aligned to best practices
- Configure, test, and validate solutions to ensure accuracy and quality of delivery
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and consistent customer experience
- Guide customers on setup decisions, workflows, and adoption best practices
- Proactively manage timelines, identify risks, and resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Communicate clearly and consistently with customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Contribute to documentation, templates, and playbooks to improve team efficiency and scalability
- Share structured customer feedback with Product and internal teams
What we will love about you
- 2 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of how websites are built (HTML, CMS, basic tagging concepts)
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical configurations
- Solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured way
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or seek support
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
