This role combines strong instructional design fundamentals with design thinking, design for application (performance-based practice), critical thinking, and the thoughtful use of AI to accelerate innovation and scalability. The ideal candidate is an advanced multimedia producer (e-learning, video, and visual design), comfortable working across an LMS ecosystem, and capable of managing multiple projects with basic-to-intermediate project management rigor.

What you will be doing

    • Instructional Design and Learning Strategy
    • Lead end-to-end development of online learning experiences (needs analysis through evaluation), ensuring alignment to business goals and learner performance outcomes.
    • Apply design thinking practices (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to create learner-centered solutions that improve adoption, proficiency, and behavior change.
    • Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging instruction using effective information architecture, storytelling, scenario design, and assessment strategy.
    • Design for application by building practice-forward learning (workflows, simulations, scenarios, guided exercises, challenge-based tasks) that supports on-the-job transfer.
    • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives, success criteria, and measurement plans (knowledge checks, skill demonstrations, and outcomes).
    • Adaptive and Data-Informed Learning
    • Contribute to adaptive learning experiences (e.g., branching pathways, recommendations, modular progression) to personalize instruction and reduce time-to-proficiency.
    • Use learner and business insights (completion data, feedback, support trends, etc.) to continuously iterate and improve learning effectiveness.
    • AI-Enabled Innovation and Efficiency
    • Embrace AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and quality in tasks such as prototyping, drafting, editing, accessibility checks, media scripting, and localization, and assess the output for accuracy, brand consistency, and more.
    • Help develop internal guidelines and repeatable workflows for AI-assisted design and content creation.
    • Multimedia and Digital Production Excellence
    • Develop high-end e-learning and multimedia assets, including interactive modules, video-based learning, microlearning, and digital job aids.
    • Conduct video production tasks: scripting support, editing, audio cleanup, motion graphics/light animation as appropriate, and publishing for learning delivery.
    • Produce polished visual assets (graphics, layouts, infographics) aligned to brand standards and accessible design requirements.
    • Learning Technology and LMS Enablement
    • Build, test, and publish courses in the LMS; manage basic course structure, quizzes, completion rules, and basic reporting.
    • Partner with LMS administrators to assess course issues and address escalations.
    • Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Actively participate in multiple simultaneous projects using basic-to-intermediate project management practices (timelines, risk identification, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination).
    • Facilitate reviews and feedback cycles with clear version control and decision tracking; ensure on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.
