As a Field Marketing Manager at Siteimprove, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and enhancing brand awareness across international markets, primarily in the EU and ANZ regions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of both regional and global marketing dynamics, capable of effectively planning, executing, and evaluating demand generation programs to foster sales pipeline growth and revenue support. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will develop inbound and outbound marketing strategies and analyze market trends to refine marketing approaches.
What you will be doing
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies tailored to regional markets to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
- Event Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of high-impact regional events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roadshows to engage key audiences and drive sales lead generation.
- Campaign Localization: Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with regional market needs, enhancing brand presence and relevance.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Design and execute comprehensive lead generation programs, nurturing prospects through various stages of the sales funnel with targeted strategies.
- Marketing and Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives, aiming to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data and market trend analysis to inform decision-making and improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Development: Manage and execute campaigns across diverse platforms, including email, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring seamless integration from concept to execution.
- Brand Awareness and Positioning: Strengthen brand positioning within target regions, ensuring a consistent and localized brand experience across all marketing channels.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Technology Expertise: Utilize marketing automation tools like Pardot and CRM systems to streamline campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What we will require of you
- 5+ years of experience in ideally a field marketing role, with significant prior experience in enterprise IT or B2B SaaS environments in one or more European regions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Familiarity with digital marketing including paid and organic channels
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15%, as part of a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.
