We are seeking an intern to support our team in our portfolio monitoring process. The role is ideal for students who have experience in Excel, an eye for detail and an interest in venture investments, or corporate finance. You will gain hands-on experience working on financial data analysis, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Track status of financial report submissions of portfolio companies.
  • Gather and organise financial data from financial reports. Perform checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
  • Assist in documenting workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the PortOps team as required.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Finance/Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts; VBA knowledge a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably available for 6 months.
