The Human Resources (HR) team in SG Growth Capital oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, performance management, benefits administration, HR systems, and data analytics.

As the Senior Manager, you will report to the HR Director and serve as the lead for end-to-end talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard talent, while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment journey from onboarding to offboarding. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you may support wider HR initiatives, projects, and processes as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate engagement, ensuring a high-quality and timely hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, advise on hiring strategies, and support recruitment decision-making.
  • Build relationships with external partners, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies.
  • Manage and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organisation and equipped for success from day one.
  • Oversee employee exit processes, including exit interviews and offboarding administration.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment and HR processes through automation, and effective use of HR system and technology.
  • Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support HR initiatives, projects and processes as required. 

Requirements / Success Profile

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Prior experience in the financial and/or public sector is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful and self-driven.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a keen interest to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actions to completion.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a lean environment.
