Our platform offers unparalleled flexibility, enabling seamless transactions, from direct customer-seller bookings to sophisticated request-for-proposal processes. At Second, we're trailblazing in an uncharted territory, and we're looking for a Solution Architect to guide our Customers.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for understanding the unique requirements of each customer and tailor our platform to meet those specific needs. To perform this role you will need to understand how to extend the platform's capabilities and ensure that customizations align with best practices and scalability. When engineering for customers you will be expected to provide recommandations that not only meet current requirements but also anticipate future needs. While customising and extending the solution, you will ensure that data flows smoothly between systems. The role also involves keeping up with industry trends and best practices, as well as seeking opportunities to improve the platform's capabilities and performance continually.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and understand client/project requirements.
    • Design and document architectural solutions to expand and customize Second.
    • Oversee system integration and data flow.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks.
    • Ensure quality, security, scalability, and compliance.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Engage with clients and our partners to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Several years of experience in software development and architecture.
    • Proven ability to design and document complex solutions.
    • Expertise in system integration and API usage.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Project management knowledge
    • Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Customer-centric mindset and leadership abilities and top of experinece in customer-facing roles.
€67,000 - €75,000 a year
Salary range will also adapt to the experience of individual profiles.
