About the role:
We are looking for a Bank Operations Specialist to join Close Account Services team within Customer Lifecycle Services. You will be a part of a professional team up to 15 people, accountable for administration of customer information within the bank, banking products and account closure for corporate and private customers, while maintaining the highest level of service. We are performing back office administrative processes delivering operational support to our business partners and stakeholders. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.

As a Bank Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:

    • Closing of customer account, banking products or services
    • Money transfer to other banks or internally
    • Providing information to customers, other banks or third parties
    • Payment investigation and administration of incorrect transactions
    • Collaborating with colleagues to solve daily issues and deviations
    • Participating in process automation and development initiatives
    • Contributing to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues

€1,600 - €2,500 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
