We are seeking a dynamic System Specialist to join our team, focusing on the integration and operational processes within the Charles River platform. This system serves as our primary solution for order management and trade execution.

As a system specialist in our team you will:

    • Take an active role in system maintenance, support, and integration efforts, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including portfolio managers and traders, to develop and enhance portfolio management solutions using the Charles River platform.
    • Engage in agile work methodologies, contributing proactively to the ongoing improvement of processes and products.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams within the division to drive innovation and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs.
    • Maintain strong connections with post-trade services to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

    • You hold an academic degree in IT, or have the relevant IT experience, complemented by a genuine interest in system maintenace and solution developement with tools like XML, Microsoft SQl ,MQ, No programming skills are required
    • Previous experience in system management, maintenance, and integration, particularly with Charles River or other Order Management Systems, is highly advantageous.
    • You communicate effectively in both spoken and written Swedish and English, facilitating clear and concise interactions within the team and with stakeholders.
