Head of DSI Developer Experience at SEB in Stockholm

What you will be doing 
In this role you will be heading the Area within Development Solution & Infrastructure and a Tribe within IT Platform. You will lead a team of about 40 people that collaborate with Developer Communities and a variety of key stakeholder including several management teams to form the strategy as well as driving prioritized roadmaps to improve the experience and future proof the developer offering.  
To support you in this journey Technology is forming a long-term holistic team with key members from CO, CSI, DWAQ and DSI that you will lead as well as a Guiding Coalition with management sponsorship that will be part of governing and prioritizing the change agenda to improve the Developer Experience long term. Developer Experience at SEB refers to all aspects of interactions between developers and the tools, platforms, processes, and people they work with in order to develop and deliver software products and services. The holistic team will also constitute as a new Tribe Management team within IT Platform that will be an essential part influencing and prioritizing delivery in relation to other Tribes and Domains. 
As the change agenda will evolve this will require you to also evolve your Area and the Tribe in terms of team, skills and capabilities but equally important adopting new delivery models that over time will secure the success of Developer Experience. 
In this role you will report directly to the Head of Development Solution & Infrastructure and be part DSI management team & IT Platform management team. 
Who we are looking for  

You are a proven leader with broad experience in managing IT units, preferably in a complex, fast changing, and demanding environment. You have successfully managed people, budgets, IT Delivery and expectations. You have a background from setting governance and steering both in a line and agile context. You are a generalist within the solution developer / infrastructure area, and you utilize this knowledge to create and coach high preforming teams in an agile setting. It is a big plus if you have experience of managing managers, and/or have been exposed to organisations influenced by regulatory demands, preferably in the Financial Services sector. 
You have a strong sense of personal responsibility and are driven by bridging the gap between technology and business. As a leader you are inspirational, motivating, committed. You possess communication skills and have the ability to present on various levels.
