The payment industry in general and especially the card business is currently being rapidly transformed due to new competitors entering the market through Open Banking, increased development speed pushed by Fin-techs and regulation changing the business dynamics. To meet the increased market challenges SEB Kort has set an ambitious strategic agenda to navigate through this. Customer Services is one of the largest units within SEB Kort and includes approx. 300 employees placed in the 4 Nordic countries.

About the role
We are seeking a driven and solution oriented Business Developer with a focus on process automation and business transformation to join our agile automation team within Customer Services.

You will play an essential role in driving and implementing automation solutions to improve internal processes, enable scalability and increase customer experience. 

You will be responsible for driving various change initiatives with emphasis on process improvements, automatic solutions and digitalization. This includes collaboration closely with other teams and stakeholders to identify needs, analyse business requirements and implement innovative automation solutions aligned with our strategic goals. You will also, together with your colleagues, troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes, ensuring robust performance and scalability. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• Ability to taking the lead in driving change and challenge status quo.
• Ability to analyse business processes, identify underlaying root causes of inefficiency and transform those into new automation opportunities and technical requirements.
• Experienced in process modelling techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). 
• Relevant work experience within one or several Business process automation solutions (e.g. Blue Prism, IBM Workflow, scripting).
• Preferably programming skills in languages like Java, or similar and an interest in emerging technologies in automation and AI.
• Strong relationship and communication skills, used to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Finally, an academic degree as well as being fluent in English and at least in one of the Nordic languages.
