About the Role:

As the Team Manager of Trade Finance Services, you will have full responsibility for the team and service delivery to our corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include planning, steering, and supporting the development of your team. Additionally, you will ensure proactive dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues at various SEB sites. The role of a Team Manager within Trade Finance Services offers an opportunity to be a key player in the change journey, contribute to an innovative culture, and coach skilled individuals.

As a Team Manager, You Will Be Responsible For:

    • Leading the Export Letter of Credits administration unit, which is responsible for daily processing
    • Planning, steering, and supporting team development.
    • Coaching, supporting, and providing constant feedback to your direct reports.
    • Actively collaborating and engaging in dialogue with partners and stakeholders.
    • Maintaining a strong focus on timely and high-quality service delivery.
    • Supporting your team in removing obstacles.
    • Taking part in the change journey and building a high-performing team.
    • Mitigating and managing risks.

    • Great communication skills and fluency in English.
    • Experience in Trade Finance.

€3,000 - €4,600 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
