What you will be doing
You will be a part of SEB Life and Pension Baltic professional team, accountable for providing best personal insurance and savings products by ensuring highest level service for SEB Private & Corporate customers. We are performing back office administrative processes delivering operational support to our customers and colleagues. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.  It is a perfect role where to apply leadership skills, gain new experience through coaching and networking, as well as unique opportunity to be part of various Operations and Anti-Money Laundering projects.

Your responsibilities will include

    • Setting tasks and controlling fulfillment in local team
    • Leading and/or participating in local and cross-border Operations area projects
    • Responsibility of Unit related internal/external documentation management process
    • Optimization and automatization of existing processes to achieve efficiency targets
    • Implementation of KYC/AML related controls 
    • Ensuring external and internal reporting routine
    • Supporting stakeholders in resolving everyday issues

    • Characteristics to be positive and outgoing team player
    • Good organizational, workforce planning and people management skills
    • Ability to find solutions in complex situations 
    • Ability to focus on efficiency and have a “customer first” mindset 
    • Team-oriented mindset with ability to induce and manage change 
    • Fluency in verbal and written English 
    • Awareness of life and pension insurance and experience in related operations and services (preferable)
    • Knowledge of AML/KYC (preferable)
    • Project management skills (preferable)
