About the role:
You will be part of a professional process development team, accountable for defining and driving process strategy and securing realization of effects. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on continuous improvement and processes optimization from end-to-end perspective is the essence of our daily work.
One of focus areas of this role is related to SEB’s data journey and you will be responsible for supporting the department’s data maturity increase efforts. This includes understanding how data is used in our department’s processes, identifying data gaps and maturity levels, improving data quality while aligning actions with the Business & Retail Banking Data, Analytics & CIO Office. You will also contribute to optimizing processes and fostering a data-driven culture within the department, all while managing multiple other activities. You will directly report to Global Process Manager.
As a Global Process Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Managing of the assigned initiatives
- Developing data and process strategy and executing on it
- Leading the department’s data maturity transformation by planning and facilitating process automation initiatives, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to optimize workflows, integrate new technologies and/or use external partners’ digital solutions to increase automation level and improve the quality and speed of data-driven decision-making for better customer outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse, design and implement optimized processes
- Representing Customer Reporting Services in various initiatives across divisions (migrations, infrastructural changes, projects, etc.)
- Collaborating with process development community in Customer Lifecycle Services organization

- Work experience in change management
- Understanding agile ways of working
- Process Intelligence and data visualization knowledge
- A team player with good networking skills
- Willingness to take ownership and drive things from the start to the conclusion
- Up for a challenge and ready to transform the area
- Excellent in English
- You like everything around data and have SQL, Python knowledge and work experience (preferred)
- Proven leadership skills (preferred)

€2,600 - €3,900 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
