About the role:
This position is part of highly professional Payroll, Benefits and Pensions team working with SEB employees globally (mainly Lithuania, Sweden and Finland), performing administrative tasks and supporting our staff with different kind of questions. You will be working in an environment that encourages proactivity, independency, and self-reliance without not forgetting active collaboration with other specialists.
As a Benefits and Pensions Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Benefits and Pensions related deliveries
- Maintaining personnel information in different HR systems
- Processing employment benefits and pensions calculations
- Pension payments, benefits deductions, reconciliations and bookkeeping
- Communicating with internal and external clients/vendors
- Providing internal and external reporting, statistics and analysis
- Contribute to improvement ideas as we continuously looking for new ways of working
- Contributing to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues
To thrive in this role, we believe you have/are:
- Experience in payroll, finance or benefits and pensions deliveries would be an advantage
- Understanding of figures and numerical data
- Outgoing & positive team player, curious and like to explore new solutions
- Attentive to details
- Logical thinking, positive mindset, perseverance and filled with an amount of questions that helps you to learn
- Great in MS Excel and willing to learn new things

€1,500 - €2,100 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
