You will lead three agile development teams within the Savings Offerings and Digital Interaction & Distribution department, where you are responsible for both staff and the IT delivery. 

One of the department main responsibilities is to provide group common tech enablers that facilitate a coherent & secure customer experience in channels

The responsibility for you together with your team is to provide secure, reliable and future proof platforms and tools for public and internal websites, content management and marketing automation. You will be part of several important initiatives, both to increase speed on our cloud transformation also make sure that we have the platforms and tools to cater for personalized and relevant customer communication & interactions

Your team is located in Arenastaden, consists of highly skilled employees and consultants, 14 persons today with the ambition to grow a bit more going forward.

Your development teams are part of two tribes, Marketing Technology and Digital Workplace Services and Communication, working closely together with Product Owners and other stakeholders.

You will be a part of the Digital Interaction & Distribution management team and report to department manager, Nicklas von Wachenfeldt.

To get the most success in your role you need to be able to take both a strategic and operational approach in all you do. You have a few years of experience of leading development teams as a manager or other type of leading roles, preferably in a complex and high demanding environment. You have a proven ability to lead in a changing landscape from both a technical and a process point of view, making sure your team has the best possible way of working. You are experienced in handling both internal and external stakeholders. 

As a person you are equally passionate about people, technology and business. You are secure in communicating with developers as well as other stakeholders at all levels in the company. You are curious, solution-oriented and have a natural drive to collaborate with others.
