Private Banker

You will own a portfolio of client relationships — part handed over to you, part will be built by you. Behind you sit investment analysts, portfolio managers and a Baltic-wide network of specialists. You are the one who knows the client and our product offering.

What the job actually involves

A client's financial picture is rarely just an investment portfolio. It is a business sale, a generational handover, a real estate structure, a financing need and a tax question, all at once. Your job is to assemble that picture and bring the right people to the table — from inside the bank or outside it.

In practice

  • Owning the relationship — you are the one they call.

  • Offering investment advice and wealth management solutions, together with our research and portfolio management teams.

  • Offering credit facilities, deposits, and access to exclusive investment opportunities.

  • Acquiring new clients — identify and onboard new high-net-worth clients, expand wallet share by cross-selling services (insurance, lending, investments).

  • KYC/AML and regulatory work — this is not a formality.

You'll be the right fit if you have

  • A can-do attitude.

  • The ability to explain complex things simply — to clients, to colleagues, in writing and in the room.

  • The ability to handle situations where the answer isn't in the manual.

  • 3+ years experience in customer management.

  • Strong knowledge of investment products and markets.

  • Investment advisory certification, or the willingness to obtain it.

  • Fluent Estonian and English, verbal and written. Any other language is a benefit.

  • Academic degree in Business Administration or similar.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to work with some of the most prominent customers in the bank.

  • Ability to collaborate across Baltic.

  • Dynamic and international environment, where every opinion matters.

  • Extensive training and learning opportunities.

  • Attractive compensation and benefits package.

€3,050 - €4,550 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
