Your Tech Position and Your Team:
As a Test Automation Developer, your responsibilities will include designing test automation frameworks, developing test cases, solving technical challenges, executing automated tests, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to the overall quality of software through detailed testing. This program offers a comprehensive learning experience, extending beyond test automation. The current team comprises nine members at various levels of expertise, providing a well-rounded and supportive environment.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Completed your final year of IT field studies, graduated recently in a related field, or possess credentials from a reputable coding bootcamp.
- Previous experience in IT, with a preference for backgrounds in testing or software development.
- Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- A strong commitment to collaborative work and have a teamwork-oriented mindset.
- A desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, maintain a humble attitude, and take initiative in personal and professional development.
- Solution-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills, able to thrive in a team environment, manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and apply critical thinking to solve complex challenges.
Advantage if you:
- Understand the basics of cloud technologies and databases, essential for modern test environments.
- Possess experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or similar, as well as familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Have knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or GitLab) and version control systems like Git, which are crucial for integrating testing into development workflows.

Monthly salary for this position: 2000 EUR before tax deduction.
