About the role
As a Data Analyst in the Client Data Management team, you'll be part of an inclusive team of experienced and engaged colleagues. You will be partnering with Data Analytics office in Corporate & Investment Banking. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving data quality reporting, overseeing monitoring routines, leading root cause analysis and fostering collaboration across teams.
You will also manage stakeholder expectations, provide valuable insights to address business challenges and proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

*Please note – this role is based in Riga, but your main support will come from cross-border teams in Sweden, therefore it is imperative that you can work independently.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

    • Designing, developing and maintaining various data and analytics reports in dashboards and secure documentation for developed solutions.
    • Supporting interpretation of advanced and predictive analytics data, using specialized software tools and functionalities.
    • To capture and analyze data to support decision making, innovation, expert advice and project management.
    • Identify opportunities to re-engineer data reporting
    • Act as speaking partner in dialogue with different stakeholders
    • *You will also be handling requests on an ad-hoc basis through our internal ticketing system, Jira, so prioritization and being able to spin multiple plates is important. It would be advantageous to have existing knowledge of this system.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • You like everything around data and have solid SQL & Python knowledge (for scripting and data processing) as well as foundational ETL understanding.
    • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau & Looker)
    • Any experience in Public Cloud (GCP preferred)
    • Previous hands on experience in relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
    • Outgoing & positive team player
    • Demonstrating outstanding problem-solving skills
    • Great communication skills and fluency in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.
    • The successful candidate is familiar with working in an analytical environment and able to understand & analyze processes from risk and operational efficiency perspective

€2,550 - €3,700 a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
