Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

As a Savings & Investment Tribe business developer intern, you will have a responsibility to understand, update and develop S&I products and services. Your primary focus will be developing and supporting investment advisory related solutions, to enable SEB in providing first class services to clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing, developing and updating business processes.
- Drawing IT development requirements and providing full support for IT development
- Dealing with client issues and inquiries regarding S&I products
- Updating documents related with S&I products
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- you are a student in higher educational institution in disciplines of finance, economics mathematics or similar,
- you are fluent in Latvian and English. English is required as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams
- you don’t take “No” for an answer, you are curious to learn by doing, and you want to apply your academic knowledge,
- you are outgoing, positive team player and possess excellent communication skills

Remuneration varies according to the field of practice and complexity.
