We are looking for a Team Manager for our Architecture team. The team is part of the Accounts & Payments domain and the Payments & Reporting area. We are in constant transformation, we are transforming our solution landscape, we introduce new ways of working and our delivery teams take on new responsibilities.

Our main challenge is to deliver on our new payment platform, the bank’s top priority initiative, Payment Roadmap, as well as other high priority initiatives such as our New Cash Ledger solution and the Data and Reporting journey where we build new solutions in GCP.

What you will be doing
The architecture team consists of 13 Solution Architects and 2 Deputy Domain Architects located in Stockholm (Solna), Örebro and Vilnius. The team works closely with Business analysts, Product owners and delivery teams in order to set the architecture for our solutions and being technical experts in different areas. You will work closely with our Domain Architect, other Team managers in Shared Services department and Team managers for our delivery teams in our domain. You will be a part of the Shared Service management team. 

As a Manager you will:

    • Develop and maintain a high performing team. You do that through building confidence, empower and support the team members to contribute to meet and exceed customer needs.
    • Take an active part in our management team and our initiatives, driving our joint agenda forward.
    • Be responsible for capacity and delivery planning for the team, ensuring that the right competencies and skills are in place.
    • Drive change initiatives and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvements to ensure efficient ways of working, high quality solutions and managed risks.
    • Collaborate and coordinate activities with a lot of stakeholders both in technology and on the business side in order to effectively deliver on our initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

    • Experience in handling stakeholders at various levels, with good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
    • High ability to attract and develop the right people and building engaged and high performing teams.
    • You are solution oriented, seek and likes to drive way-of-working improvements.
    • You are structured and have strong analytical skills.
    • We believe you are proactive and able to take initiatives.
    • You are eager to develop and learn new things, as well as sharing your experiences with others.
    • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, and you are fluent in English.
    • It’s a big advantage if you are familiar with the cash management solutions from a technical and/or business perspective.
