About the role
As a Business Architect at SEB, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic planning: Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the team’s business objectives in combination with the regulatory environment and stakeholders. You will use this understanding to contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and long-term business plans.
Business process analysis: You will analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimisation and automation to enhance operational efficiency for your stakeholders.
Solution design: You will collaborate with the third party supplier to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will develop and maintain the architectural blueprint and roadmap.
Stakeholder engagement: You will build strong relationships with business teams who use the solution. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on business and solution-related matters.
Change management: You will lead change management epics and develop and maintain communication plans, training materials to support and facilitate operational efficiency.
Performance measurement: You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of business teams in the solution. You will regularly monitor and report on performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- Experience in working with the OneTrust modules (data mapping, assessment automation, third party risk management); certification preferred.
- Proven experience in business architecture or similar, within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Project experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and business teams.
- High integrity with a growth mindset – open to change, encourage people with ideas and dare to try.
- A self-starter with high standards – self-driven thought and takes personal responsibility for creating and delivering high value results.
- Team player – shares knowledge with others in order to improve own and others’ performance.
- Experience in using M365 applications.
- Fluency in English with at least one Nordic language.
