What you will be doing
You will be part of professional, international Compensation & Benefits team and in your daily work you will closely collaborate with Compensation & Benefits Process Experts, HR administration & Payroll teams in 3 Baltic countries and Group SEB. You will be involved in all Compensation & Benefits processes, lead or participate in the projects or initiatives within Compensation & Benefits area in Baltics.
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Driving remuneration policy principles and monitoring their compliance
- Leading and participating in projects within Comp&Ben in Baltics
- Comp&Ben process deliveries and being responsible for managing and developing remuneration and compensation systems
- Leading the job evaluation process and representing SEB Estonia in the Baltic committees
- Compensation survey´s including transmitting data, analyzing gathered information and presenting outcome to the management teams
- Coordinating the annual remuneration review process at the local level
- Communication with employees and managers
- Education sessions for employees and managers
- Writing and updating guidelines, instructions and policies
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in compensation and benefits area
- Project management and communication skills
- Experience to write policies and guidelines
- Proactive ownership of tasks & holistic understanding while working with multitude of tasks
- Able to manage your time & prioritize
- Outgoing & positive team player
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to work well with numbers
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Estonian and English

€2,900 - €4,000 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
