What you will be doing?
Are you interested to work in cross-border Agile organization and help us with maintaining and improving customer and advisor journeys in various state of the art systems?
Customer Engagement Solutions team is owning multiple products, starting from video meetings, recording solution, contact center platform, appointment booking solution, workforce management tool, chatbot and couple others. We are looking for Business developer joining our team to help us enhance customer experience and deliver it in ways that are suitable for the organization.
If you are passionate on delivering value to customer, have background with business analysis or project management, then this is the right opportunity for you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be key person to discuss within organization improvement plans for Video meetings, Appointment booking and Recordings solutions
- Drive project execution with colleagues from the team, other Delivery Teams and/or IT Services
- Coordinate your work with other roles such as Software engineers, Solution architects, Business developers, Product owner and Delivery team lead
- Maintain project and processes documentation and governing instructions
- Analyze requirements from stakeholders and involved parties within project
- Drive assigned projects and initiatives
