What you will be doing
SEB is looking for a Junior Engineer to join Access Management team in Digital Workplace, IT Automation and Quality department. The team provides a wide spread of services: Access right request fulfillment, Privileged Access management, Identity & Governance Administration towards all employees in SEB, delivered both from Stockholm and Vilnius.
We are now strengthening our team in Vilnius with additional resources to cover growing service demand and process automation initiatives.
As a Junior Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Fulfilling access rights requests according set time frames
- Handling service incidents
- Supporting and advising stakeholders with questions related with access rights
- Maintaining, monitoring and supporting operational processes and instructions
- Identifying automation opportunities and initiating process improvements
- Participating in projects.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in customer support
- Basics of Identity and Access management
- Active Directory, Exchange management essentials
- Good communication skills in English
- Awareness of ITIL concepts
- It is a big plus if you have practical experience writing PowerShell scripts.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1400 - 2200 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
