MS Power Platform Developer / MS Power Platform Izstrādātājs | SEB, Riga
About the role:
You will be part of a team whose main purpose will be to automate business processes by leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform. These processes are owned by Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Services.
Your responsibilities will include:

Develop new Power Platform solutions based on the business requirements.

Configure and maintain Dataverse data models, business rules and security roles to support business logic.

Maintain, monitor, and support existing Power Platform solutions during business hours.
-
Collaborate with the Solution Architect, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other solution developers.

Keep work instructions and documentation up to date.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Hands-on experience working with Normalized Data Models (2 years or more).
-
Hands-on experience with C#/.NET Framework plug-in development.
-
Hands-on experience with Dataverse (1 year or more).
-
Hands-on experience with Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps (1 year or more).

Hands-on experience with Model-driven and Canvas apps (1 year or more).
-
AI Builder / Copilot-related experience.
-
Self-driven professional able to implement new solutions.

Experience in planning and execution of work with the help of Agile Methodologies – Kanban and SAFe.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Team player who can work together with others to find solutions.

Growth mindset, positive and collaborative attitude.

Fluent spoken and written English and good communication skills - work execution is related to foreign countries.
It’s an advantage if you have the following skills:

Hands-on experience with Power Platform Dataflows, Power Query.

Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems: REST APIs, JSON, OAuth concepts.

Experience with SharePoint Graph API.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL 900) or better Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL 400).

Experience with XBRL.

Experience with DORA (EU Regulation 2024/2956).

Experience with statutory reporting.

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job.
