In this role, you'll drive capacity-building efforts across SEB, ensuring first-line accountability and widespread understanding of TPRM practices.

About the role:
You will be responsible for driving change management and spread knowledge of TPRM processes within the organisation. You will play a leading role in ensuring that TPRM practices are implemented in a structured and efficient manner and with supporting the business in their TPRM work.
Among other responsibilities, you will work with:
- Lead initiatives and change management activities to strengthen SEB’s continuous improvement of TPRM practices.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to TPRM processes, lifecycle activities, and third-party risk tiering.
- Foster first-line accountability through enhanced awareness, capacity building, and collaboration with Divisions, Subsidiaries, and Group Functions.
- Design innovative educational materials, tools, and workshops to ensure widespread understanding of TPRM practices.
- Act as a center of excellence, promoting cross-collaboration and knowledge sharing across SEB as well as identifying areas for improvement and driving awareness and change management initiatives that align with organizational goals.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Risk Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certifications in training design and delivery (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management - CPTM) are a plus.
- You have a proven track-record in driving transformation & change on senior level
- Proven experience in fostering organizational awareness and accountability within a complex and regulated environment.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams across multiple divisions, subsidiaries, or functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and educate stakeholders at all levels of the organization and the ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks as well as familiarity with governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) related to third-party risk management
