What you will be doing
We are looking for Reporting Analyst to be responsible for preparation of financial, regulatory and statistical reports according to the requirements of the SEB Group and supervisory authorities.
As part of Baltic Shared Finance Centre team, you will give your contribution to ensure efficient reporting process according to given quality standards, work processes and deadlines. Our BSFC team as one integrated cross-company team consisting of highly skilled finance professionals will ensure an effective service through delivering aligned, consistent, and timely reporting and accounting processing in a simplified and automized manner across the Baltic countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparation of financial, regulatory, and statistical reports according to the requirements of the SEB Group and supervisory authorities
    • Parametrization and update of reports, initiatives in optimization and effectiveness of reports
    • Delivering reports to the SEB Group, authorities, internal stakeholders
    • Participating in month-end-closing activities within assigned area
    • Supporting internal stakeholders, subsidiaries in reporting matters according to assigned responsibilities
    • Participating in projects related to reporting and/or reporting systems, other improvements, and efficiency initiatives
    • Initiating and driving continues improvement
    • Contributing to the development of internal organisational documents, procedures, and instructions
    • Participation in Baltic initiatives in relation to external reporting topics

Who we are looking for

    • University degree (most preferable economics / finance / accounting)
    • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, reporting or audit
    • Understanding of accounting and reporting principles
    • Willingness to learn new things
    • Good computer skills (including MS Excel)
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Fluency in Estonian and good spoken and written English skills
    • Proactive, positive, and open-minded mindset
    • Ability to work in a team and independently
    • Good communication and cooperation skills
    • Supporting changes in organization and alignment activities
