We are seeking an experienced Reporting End-to-End Developer to join the Finance, Risk and Data Tribe, part of the Product Development Department at SEB Baltics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting solutions.

As a Reporting End-to-End Developer, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing reporting solutions, if needed - conducting requirement and gap analysis, mapping and preparing proofs-of-concept
    • Complex ad-hoc data extracts and data transformations
    • Enhancing the capabilities of our reporting platform
    • Building integrations with Global SEB platforms
    • Incident analysis of supervised system(s) or solution functionality in all three Baltic countries
    • Participating in implementation of Baltic area’s product development strategy together with solution and/or area architects
    • Organizing testing and deployment activities, if needed - cooperating with other teams
    • Participating in Agile framework team setup to ensure efficient collaboration and delivery
    • Constant self-sufficient training

Technologies that we use:

    • For reporting solution platforms, we use: SAS/ WPS, TIBCO WebFOCUS BI, MS SQL
    • Our tribe works with DB: SAP IQ, Oracle
    • Collibra, Python
    • GIT / Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence

What we expect:

    • 3+ years of experience delivering E2E reporting and business intelligence solutions with tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, WebFOCUS, PowerBI, or similar
    • Experience developing data-driven solutions with PL SQL, SAS base/macro, MS SQL, Oracle, Python etc
    • Working experience with complex software solutions
    • Preferably, but not a must - Agile mindset, practices and common methodologies (i.e. Scrum)
    • Eager to learn new technologies and use them in practice
    • Excellent communication skills to be able to clarify the needs of business stakeholders
    • Fluency in English
    • Experience in banking sector would be advantage

€2,600 - €4,800 a month
The exact amount of salary after completion of the recruitment period will be offered to the selected candidate taking into consideration his/her work experience and competencies. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.

Salary range for this position is: 2600 – 4800 EUR gross.
