Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB Bank. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects, including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship. How great is that?
The Sustainablility unit leads SEB’s sustainability transformation, product innovation, advisory, ESG data and policy development. We are seeking interns to help enhance SEB’s sustainability capabilities.Are you looking for a way to gain practical skills and experience in the field of sustainability?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engagement in various sustainability related projects on pan-Baltic level, such as conducting research on sustainability challenges or development of internal sustainability processes and initiatives. Your tasks will depend on ongoing projects, your experience and preferences;
- Generating new ideas on how to help different stakeholders on sustainability-related issues;
- Working with different stakeholders and products in SEB;
- Versatile ad-hoc type of assignments and cases focusing on supporting SEB’s sustainability strategy.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- An active enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in a relevant study direction;
- Strong affinity with sustainability and ambition to support future-focused banking initiatives;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Good networking and cooperation abilities;
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently;
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbally.

€1,050 - €1,300 a month
Remuneration varies according to the field of practice and complexity.
