What you will be doing:
As Team Manager you will lead the MRE RO SFTR (Securities Financing Transaction Regulation)team which consists of solution developers, scrum master, test analysts, and system analysts and you will report to the Department Manager. The MRE RO SFTR team is responsible for running our current regulatory reporting solution for trading, the solution is built within Microsoft stack: C#/.NET, MS SQL, MS Servers.
As a Team manager you will be responsible for:
- Lead, coach and inspire the team, and have the responsibility for being a role model for your team to deliver high-quality software solutions;
- Enable the team to work towards their goals;
- Driving changes in ITIL processes such as Change, Incident, Communication and Release Management;
- Providing leadership in Agile Ways of Working within the SAFe framework;
- Promoting a culture of learning, growth, and inclusion;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative software solutions;
- Staying up to date with the latest cybersecurity practices and technologies in secure software development and delivery;
- Fostering the technical growth of the development team through mentorship, training, and coaching and giving meaningful feedback;
- The staff and full accountability for the teams’ deliveries;
- Lead, coach and inspire the team, and have the responsibility for being a role model within the transformation to a fully agile organization;
- You will work in close collaboration with Tech Lead, Architects, Product Owners and other relevant stakeholders for this area.
You will be a member of the department’s management team, with whom you will work close together, they will be your support system and they will also challenge you. We are working closely with the business to make sure that the team contributes to our continuous deliveries with timely high-quality releases.

- You have experience of managing IT development in a complex, fast changing and demanding environment. You understand modern software development and agile way of working;
- You build trust at all levels based on transparency, proactivity, collaboration, and courage, including bridging technology to business and vice versa;
- Fluent in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries;
- You take an active part in our management team, driving our joint agenda forward.
It will be an advantage:
- Technical background and preferably experience in software development;
- Experience of working with financial products and regulatory reporting.

€3,800 - €6,200 a month
The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
