We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Experience Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital customer journeys and services for life insurance and pension saving solutions across Baltics, ensuring they are seamless, intuitive, and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What You will be doing:

    • Drive the evolution of digital customer journeys: As a Digital Experience manager you will be responsible for shaping and delivering exceptional digital experiences across our key channels - Internet Banking, Mobile App, and Websites – across Baltics.
    • Lead and manage digital customer experience projects: You will oversee the entire lifecycle of digital customer experience projects, from initial ideation and design through to development, launch, and ongoing improvement. You will manage and track multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize pipeline of tasks and ensure continuous valuable deliveries for customers.
    • Define, own and drive continuous improvements of digital customer journeys: You will play a crucial role in defining and owning key digital customer experience journeys within the digital space, ensuring they align with our overall business strategy.
    • Conduct UX research: You will conduct user research, in a form of interviews and user testing, usability testing to deliver validated customer-centric design to maximize product potential and meet business needs.
    • Design intuitive interfaces: You will use Figma to craft responsive, user-friendly designs that meet SEB’s guidelines and accessibility standards. Here you will closely work with UX writer, UX designer.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders: You will align with stakeholders to bridge user, business, and technical requirements into cohesive solutions, will work closely with product and process teams, developers, and other departments to ensure successful delivery.
    • Collaborate across UX: You will have many opportunities of sharing best practices and growing competences with SEB Baltic UX team

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • 2+ years of experience within the field of UX, Product design or similar, showcasing a practical understanding of design principles, methodologies or leading digital product or customer experience projects from ideation to implementation.
    • University degree or equivalent education within the field.
    • Strong project management and outstanding stakeholder management skills
    • You can self-lead and communicate, and you thrive being in a position where you have influence
    • Collaboration mindset: a strong ability to work closely with both cross-countries and cross-functional teams.
    • Technical skill: proficiency in Figma and other widely used design tools
    • We see it as an advantage if you have strong visual skills
    • Proficiency in written and spoken Estonian language and English language (English language is required because you will work with colleagues across Baltics, on Baltic level projects)
    • Plus points: experience in high grow tech, banking, or insurance sector

€3,300 - €5,000 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
