SEB is a leading international financial services group with a large customer base among both private individuals and organizations. You would be working in SEB Life and Pension Baltic SE company who offers customers convenient pension and life insurance solutions.
About the role
You will be part of cross-country delivery team consisting of Business developers, Software Engineers, and Testers to deliver agreed digital channels strategy. Members of the team are located across different countries, therefore main communication will be remote. You will focus on efficient & seamless customer experience across multiple digital channel platforms. Through close cooperation with UX Writer, UX Designer, Product Owners, and other Scrum teams in various business divisions – your main task will be to ensure developments and maintenance of life insurance and pension products in Digital Channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define assigned project implementation plan and to ensure it meets the objectives outlined in the planning phase
- Run necessary project implementation activities (execution, testing, communication, monitoring & control)
- Take part in the full development cycle from analyzing and writing the requirements (business & technical) to testing, communication and handover to other teams
- Support dedicated services in digital channels and implement customer journey improvements in cooperation with other areas
- Keep maintained deliverables, incident solving
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization
- Strong team player spirit, able to adapt to hybrid ways of working in remote (cross country) environment
- Quality-oriented mindset and attention to details, able to adapt to changes
- Academic degree or equivalent education
- Experience in project management, business, IT or digital development, preferably in insurance or financial industry of 1-2 years
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and are a resident in one of Baltic countries

€2,200 - €4,200 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
